Military Families Forward combines lived experience with policy expertise to create practical, durable support for military families. The focus is on building a connected network—families who understand the systems they live within and have the tools to navigate and improve them.

This isn't about generic resources. It's local chapters and community-led support grounded in real life. The model focuses on what policies mean day to day—and how families can help each other respond. No vendors, no sales—just space for conversation, learning, and connection.

Family readiness groups once served this purpose —connecting families, building trust, and offering support rooted in shared experience. As they've been phased out or absorbed into formal command structures, the relational glue that held these communities together has started to disappear.
